To secure the desired date for your event, all clients are required to make a deposit payment. The remaining balance must be settled at least 72 hours before the event.

1. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold the agreed date for your event. Until the deposit is received, we cannot guarantee the availability of our services.
2. Deposit Amount: The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. It is crucial that you pay the deposit promptly to secure your event date.
3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your event must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to make the balance payment within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your event without any refund.
4. Deposits are NON refundable: All deposits made to secure the event date are non- refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling. Once the deposit is received, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be transferred or used towards any other event.
5. Event Cancellation: In the event you need to cancel your event, regardless of the circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly recommend purchasing event cancellation insurance to mitigate any potential financial loss.
6. Event Rescheduling: In case you need to reschedule your event, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date, any deposits made will still be non-refundable, and a new deposit may be required to secure the new date.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil our services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your event. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or provide a refund of any balance payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
